It has been published in Shogakukan's Monthly Sunday Gene-X since 2002, and ten collected volumes have been released so far. It was later adapted into an anime television series by Madhouse, that aired from April to June 2006 for twelve episodes. A second season, subtitled "The Second Barrage", ran for twelve weeks starting on October 2, 2006. A five volume original video animation series, titled Roberta's Blood Trail, was released from July 2010 to June 2011.
Viz Media began releasing an English translation of the manga in North America on August 12, 2008. Madman Entertainmentlicensed the anime in Australasia and the United Kingdom. The anime was dubbed and originally licensed in English by Geneon Entertainment in North America; it is now licensed by Funimation. Funimation later licensed the OVA, which also was licensed byKazé in the UK, for release in spring 2013.

One Piece (ワンピースWan Pīsu?) est une série de mangas shōnen créée par Eiichirō Oda, prépubliée depuis le 19 juillet 1997 dans le magazine hebdomadaire Weekly Shōnen Jump, puis regroupée en volumes reliés aux éditions Shūeisha depuis le. 82 tomes sont commercialisés en juillet 2016. La version française est publiée par Glénat depuis 2000, et79 volumes sont sortis en juillet 2016. Une réédition plus proche de la version originale a été lancée le 3 juillet 2013.
One Piece relate les aventures d'un équipage de pirates ayant pour capitaine Monkey D. Luffy dont le rêve est d'obtenir le One Piece, fameux trésor inestimable qui appartenait au seigneur des pirates Gol D. Roger exécuté il y a de cela plus de vingt ans ; celui qui découvrira ce trésor pourra devenir à son tour le roi des pirates.
Le manga connait très rapidement le succès, ce qui amène les studios Production I.G à tester la popularité du manga à l’écran. Une OAV est ainsi créée et diffusée en 1998 à la télévision japonaise. Les droits de la série seront ensuite acquis par la société Toei Animation qui adapte le manga en anime, cette version est diffusée le dimanche depuis 1999. La série compte plus de 750 épisodes en fin juillet 2016 et un nombre de chapitres supérieurs à 830. L'anime est connu pour se rapprocher au plus près du manga (à l'exception des filler), fidélité prouvée par des illustrations en couleur de l'auteur mises en animation dans les génériques. Les droits sur l'anime sont possédés dans les principaux pays francophones par Kana Home Video et il est régulièrement diffusé sur D17MCMGame One et J-One.
De nombreux produits dérivés ont aussi été créés, profitant de la vague de succès qu'apporte la licence chaque année, tels desromans, des téléfilms, des figurines et des jeux vidéo.
One Piece est le manga le plus vendu au Japon, chaque tome se classe à la première place dès sa sortie. Le record est détenu par le tome 67 qui s'est vendu à plus de 4,05 millions d'exemplaires. En France, la série est devenue leader en 2011 et s'est vendue à6,5 millions d'exemplaires depuis sa sortie. En 72 volumes, le tirage total des tomes de One Piece s'élève à 300 millionsd'exemplaires uniquement au Japon. C'est aussi le manga le plus vendu au monde dépassant Dragon Ball d'Akira Toriyama1 avec, fin 2013, plus de 345 millions d'exemplaires2.

Set in an alternate timeline, the series focuses on how the former princeLelouch vi Britannia obtains a power known as Geass and decides to use it to obliterate the Holy Britannian Empire, an imperial monarchy and a superpower that has been conquering various countries.
Code Geass first ran in Japan on MBS from October 5, 2006, to July 28, 2007. Its sequel series, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュR2 Kōdo Giasu Hangyaku no Rurūshu Āru Tsū?), ran as a simulcast on JNN stations (like MBS and TBS) from April 6, 2008 to September 28, 2008. The series has also been adapted into various manga and light novels with the former showing various alternate scenarios from the TV series. Bandai Entertainment also licensed most parts from the franchise for English release in December 2007, airing the two TV series on Adult Swim. Most manga and light novels have also been published in North America by Bandai.
Released to critical acclaim, The TV anime series has been well received in Japan, selling over a million DVD and Blu-ray Disc volumes. Both seasons have won several awards at the Tokyo International Anime Fair, Animage Anime Grand Prix, and Animation Kobe event. Cowboy Bebop (カウボーイビバップ Kaubōi Bibappu?) is a 1998 anime television series animated by Sunrise featuring a production team led by director Shinichirō Watanabe, screenwriter Keiko Nobumoto, character designer Toshihiro Kawamoto, mechanical designer Kimitoshi Yamane, and composer Yoko Kanno. The twenty-six episodes ("sessions") of the series are set in the year 2071, and follow the lives of a bounty hunter crew traveling on the Bebop (their spaceship). Cowboy Bebop explores philosophical concepts including existentialism, existential ennui, and loneliness.
The series premiered in Japan on TV Tokyo from April 3 until June 26, 1998, broadcasting only twelve episodes and a special due to its controversial adult-themed content. The entire twenty-six episodes of the series were later broadcast on WOWOW from October 24 until April 24, 1999. The anime was adapted into two manga series which were serialized in Kadokawa Shoten's Asuka Fantasy DX. A film was later released to theaters worldwide.
The anime series was dubbed in the English language by Animaze and ZRO Limit Productions, and was licensed by Bandai Entertainment in North America and is now licensed by Funimation. In Britain, it was licensed by Beez Entertainment and is now licensed by Anime Limited. Madman Entertainment has licensed it for releases in Australia and New Zealand. In 2001, Cowboy Bebop became the first anime title to be broadcast on Adult Swim in the United States.
Cowboy Bebop became a critical and commercial success both in Japanese and international markets (most notably in the United States), garnered several major anime and science fiction awards upon its release, and received universal praise for its style, characters, story, voice acting, animation and soundtrack. (Japanese: バジリスク〜甲賀忍法帖〜 Hepburn: Bajirisuku ~Kōga Ninpō Chō~?, lit. Basilisk: The Kōga Ninja Scrolls) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masaki Segawa. It was published in Japan in 2003 and 2004 in Kodansha's Young Magazine Uppers magazine, based on the novel The Kouga Ninja Scrolls by Futaro Yamada published in 1958. The anime, produced in 2005 by Gonzo Studios, closely follows the manga aside from a handful of distinctions. The manga won the 2004Kodansha Manga Award for general manga.[1] The manga was later followed by a sequel series titled The Yagyu Ninja Scrolls which was also based on a novel by Futaro Yamada.
The story takes place in the year 1614. Two ninja clans, Tsubagakure of the Iga and Manjidani of Kouga, battle each other to determine which grandson of Tokugawa Ieyasu will become the next shogun. The deadly competition between 10 elite ninja from each clan unleashes a centuries-old hatred that threatens to destroy all hope for peace between them.

Gurren Lagann, known in Japan as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (天元突破グレンラガン Tengen Toppa Guren Ragan?, lit. "Pierce the Heavens, Gurren Lagann"), is Japanese mecha anime television series animated by Gainax and co-produced byAniplex and Konami. It ran for 27 episodes on Japan's TV Tokyo between April 1, 2007, and September 30, 2007. It was directed byHiroyuki Imaishi, written by veteran playwright Kazuki Nakashima, and had been in development since the participation of the famed animator in the Abenobashi mecha-themed episodes by the same studio. Gurren Lagann takes place in a fictional future where Earth is ruled by the Spiral King, Lordgenome, who forces mankind to live in isolated subterranean villages. The plot focuses on two teenagers living in a subterranean village, Simon and Kamina, who wish to go to the surface. Using a mecha known as Lagann, Simon and Kamina reach the surface and start fighting alongside other humans against Lordgenome's forces.

In North America, although initially announced to be licensed by ADV Films in 2007, the license was transferred to Bandai Entertainment in 2008[2] and then transferred to Aniplex of America in 2013. In the United Kingdom, it was licensed by Manga Entertainment in 2007, then transferred to Beez Entertainment in 2008, and then transferred to Anime Limited in 2013. The Sci Fi Channel acquired the broadcasting rights of Gurren Lagann and began airing the anime on July 28, 2008, as part of Sci Fi's Ani-Monday anime block.[3][4] The anime won several awards at the Tokyo International Anime Fair[5] and the Animation Kobe[6] andJapan Media Arts Festivals.[7]
A manga adaptation was published by ASCII Media Works between 2007 and 2013. Bandai Entertainment licensed the manga and released it in English in North America. A series of four light novels was published by Shogakukan between 2007 and 2008. ANintendo DS video game was released in October 2007, bundled with a special episode of the anime series.[8] Two animated filmversions were produced; the first premiered in Japanese theaters on September 6, 2008, and the second premiered on April 25, 2009.[9]
